Despite a lifelong passion for health and wellness, I lived with exhaustion and overwhelm for a long time (read more here). For me, it led to mild depression and insomnia - "wired and tired" as the saying goes. I knew I had to make a change, so I took a chance on a week-long Qigong retreat about 10 years ago. It was truly life changing! Today, I'm a certified wellness coach, educator, and tai chi and qigong instructor. I've also studied energy medicine, reiki, and karate. I'm truly thrilled to share the empowering tools and practices that have helped me transform my life.
